All our products currently offer free shipping.  The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Our normal order processing time is 3-5 business days before shipping.  If it will be longer, we will let you know.

Shipping Damage for Expedited Shipping Options (not Free Shipping)

At Crystal, we use industry trusted shipping carriers.  These trusted carries stand behind their shipping services.  While we do work diligently with these shipping carriers to arrange cost effective shipping for you, we do not manage carriers shipping, nor can we process shipping damage claims on their behalf.  Please contact your shipping carrier directly for any concerns about service levels or shipping related damage claims.

Shipping Service Levels and Mixed Mode Shipments

We use industry trusted shipping carriers.  These trusted carriers publish and support their own delivery service levels.  Sometimes if you select several different item types, then you will get mixed methods of shipping, which are consolidated into one shipping line item.  The shipping service levels for each item type are normally several business days*.  If you want to see the individual item type shipping charges, then simple unselect the other items to see any specific item shipping details.

*With the exception of CA, OR, WA which can be longer.  We currently cannot support shipments outside the continental USA, nor to Alaska or Hawaii.
